Basically, if you have a web-enabled cell phone, you can shop online and pick-up "in store" -- where you are standing -- inside about 20 minutes with a few clicks and emails. I can see where nervous staff might be wary of someone clicking around on their phone while shopping, so one might need to step outside or into the mall to continue, but overall, seems like a no-brainer.
